As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for developing both business-specific and general market analysis to deliver insights regarding market and competitive trends, auction dynamics, and other data-driven analysis. In addition, this is a research-oriented yet creative position that requires a sharp, analytical mind and an entrepreneurial spirit. Armed with deep knowledge of Zamplus products, marketing trends, and individual client needs, you'll brainstorm, develop and refine compelling, customized sales stories and then deliver them to the Sales team in advance of client-facing meetings. Your primary goal as Industry Analyst is to use data from different internal and external sources and turn it into insights that help clients realize their opportunities and Zamplus to set and achieve sales objectives. This role would ideally suit a business analyst with previous management consultancy experience.

Responsibilities:
l  Develop smart, integrated, research-based proposals and presentations to enhance Zamplus's reputation with clients as a consultant and partner.
l  Acquire and share deep knowledge of a specific industry sector, its competitive landscape, client products, and key business issues that affect the client and industry.
l  Maintain monthly industry and client dashboards on Global performance by industry, and lead strategic analysis projects.
l  Analyze industry and sub-vertical trends using third-party research and portfolio of Zamplus proprietary tools, and translate analyses into actionable, prioritized plans for teams to implement with clients.
l  Create and standardize a methodology and proces that capture's a clients set of business goals, the reasons why they are believed attainable, and the plan for reaching those goals.

Requirements:
l  Bachelor's degree preferred with a strong academic record.
l  At least 2 years of sales support and market research experience.
l  Superior analytical skills that include the ability to see granular as well as big-picture issues.
l  Strong project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
l  Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
